Serial (62 SNVT's) overview
The LonWorks Serial Gateway converts serial application protocols to LonWorks. The module is based on a 3150 NEURON operating with 20 MHz and a Free topology transceiver (TP/FT), the most common LonWorks transceiver on the market.The module has support for up to 32k FLASH and 24k RAM, suitable for most basic Gateway applications. The Gateway can be equipped with a custom application program to suit the specific application.
Connecting to a LonWorks network
- Standard LonWorks connection (TP/FT 78kbps)
- Your serial protocol - SLAVE or MASTER (on the serial port, RS232, RS485)
